W INAMAC STAR CITY THORNHOPE ROYAL CENTER KENNETHPlease Join Us We are a non-profit corporation organized to develop, manage and maintain the Panhandle Pathway, the former railroad corridor between Winamac and Kenneth, Indiana. The success of this Pathway is dependent on volunteer members like you. Donations are used to help cover expenses such as land surveys, fencing, trail development and maintenance. Donations may be tax deductible. Panhandle Pathway. What is it? The Panhandle Pathway is a 21 mile linear non motorized recreational trail that is being developed on the old A & R Railroad corridor.. It runs between Winamac and Kenneth, Indiana (approximately 1 mile west of France Park), passing through Star City, Thornhope and Royal Center.
